This artist wished to live in style, especially after a trip to Vienna, but also be able to record at this downtown location near the Holland tunnel.  So a highly isolated “box within a box” studio was created inside the loft where the artist could retreat and work steps away from the chic digs and Vienna inspired elevator door.
